Second Round and Haven House FAQs
Second Round serves youth ages 12-21 who reside in Wake County, NC. Referrals for the program come from a wide variety of places, including family members, juvenile court counselors, school counselors, law enforcement, and self-referrals.
The program takes place in the gym at Haven House Services' headquarters at 1008 Bullard Court in Raleigh. The program operates Monday thru Thursday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. year round.
This year, Second Round is on track to serve approximately 80-85 youth.
The mission of Haven House Services is to help youth be safe, supported, and successful.
While across our programs, we serve youth ages 6 - 24, the majority of youth served are between the ages of 11 and 17. We serve youth experiencing homelessness, youth in crisis, and youth having trouble at home, school, or in the community.
Haven House Services runs 10 programs that reach approximately 1,200 youth in need and their families each year. Our wide range of unique programs provide a lifeline to youth in our community - whether they are homeless, in-crisis, facing legal issues and/or having problems at school or home. We believe that all youth deserve opportunities to be successful. For a complete description of the programs below visit our website at www.havenhousenc.org.

The majority of services are provided free of charge. Many of the youth and families that we work with are low-income or living in poverty. We do not want income to be a barrier to getting help for the youth we serve.
Haven House's main office is located at 1008 Bullard Court, Raleigh, NC 27615. This site houses administration and programming staff for all programs except our Wrenn House youth shelter. Wrenn House is located at 908 W. Morgan St. in Raleigh, NC.
